Liboplast plastic industries, was founded in 1990 for the manufacture of various plastic products, for different purposes. In 2003 launch producing PET preforms, for pure water, it was the first factory produces these product locally, by using the most advanced technologies in the world, where we use the best German technologies, to ensure the highest levels of accuracy.
Since February 2011, until May 2012 we stops production due to the Dictator-troops continues shelling on Misurata, and the damage we receive during the war, therefore we re-start our production only on May 2012 with the capacity of 5000 mt/year which almost a quarter of a billion of preforms. These products will be developed to reach 9,000 tons per year, with the beginning of the next year 2014. This productivity is considered the largest in the Libyan state, and are in accordance with the highest international quality standards known until now.
